What We Do

Our mission is to ensure every student has the resources they need to succeed—regardless of their background or income.

Our Story / How We Started

Supplies for Success Squad began when we noticed the differences in education around the world, especially during our visits to India. We saw students who were eager to learn but did not have the necessary resources to succeed, as they were financially disadvantaged.

These experiences made us realize how important the most simplest tools are. We realized we wanted to help students in our own communities who may not have the same opportunities as us.

We formed this nonprofit to make sure students have exactly what they need to do well in school. By running supply drives, collecting donations, and working with local partners, we’re doing our part to support education and give students the means to succeed.

Meet the Founders

Siri Pulakandam

Siri Pulakandam is a high school student and helped launch the Supplies for Success Squad after witnessing how students in parts of India struggled in school due to the lack of basic supplies. That experience left a lasting impression and she realized that something as simple as a notebook or backpack can make a meaningful difference. Beyond her nonprofit work, Siri is actively involved in school clubs such as FBLA and HOSA, and is always seeking opportunities to give back. Whether it’s through volunteering, event planning, or lending a helping hand, she believes that small actions can lead to a big impact.
